Reservations
Reservations can be made directly on our website via our booking engine (Mews), or by phone or email. All reservations are subject to room availability and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the hotel's written confirmation.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. Breakfast is available as an option for €13 per person. Arrow Hôtel guarantees the best rate for bookings made directly on its website. Rates may vary depending on the period and availability.
Cancellation and refund
Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 5 days before the arrival date. After this period, the first night will be charged. Non-refundable rate: no refund regardless of the cancellation date. The applicable rate is specified at the time of booking.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. Check-out must be completed before 11:00 a.m. Self check-in is available 24/7 via our secure key box system. Flexible arrangements may be granted subject to availability.
Hotel liability
Arrow Hôtel cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure, events beyond its control, or damages caused by the customer. Parking is free and available without specific supervision. Valuables may be placed in the in-room safe.
Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of K HOTEL's registered office, unless otherwise required by law.
